Description

An 18 year old girl was arrested for soliciting a police officer, and spent 3 days in the county jail. She was coerced into prostitution by her boyfriend, Kobe Hogue two years earlier as a junior in high school. Metro Police say Hogue appeared to be an unsophisticated pimp trying to establish himself in the underworld of sex trafficking. By all accounts, she was the only girl Hogue prostituted.
